    Nick do you find that when you pitch it as per the second photo, does all your gear end up wet? Or is this just a dry weather option. Personally I think you could leave it behind :thumbsup:

    Fermented salami will keep longer than cooked salami without freezing. Your stuff looks really tasty! I can see its smoked but it may be cooked rather than fermented, so once it dries to your taste...

    Thanks for all the input fellas, I think I will go for a plain 260, I have one lined up, a model 7 Rem. Is it much drama to have it altered to AI? or just a reamer pass and a set back.
