I stand correcited however a theoretical 2/10 of an inch difference in drop at 500 yards between going uphill or down hill doesn't make any difference to your point of aim in practical terms.

I disagree Ned, a bullet it's the true distance in a horizontal line that counts it's immaterial if that's angled up hill or downhill. Gravity is a constant.

I doubt you would you even notice the 2. 8 mm difference between units that's 1/8 inch in old money. One of my scopes adjusts in half moa clicks and that's never been an issue. What spins my wheels...

I reload some 12 gauge from time to time mostly for black powder. I use to use winchester aa cases and when they ran out started to use the short base empties from target products trap loads....
