   I received the replacement rifle yesterday and it has no chatter marks which is great, but the copper still is there so I'm assuming they don't clean them once they've been fired from the factory....

    People only know that a bullet has blown up (fragmented) because they recover the animal, so it can't be too much of a problem :) I had one recently, but I've used 50 odd of the bullets on game...
