My tikka is like 3.6 kegs with vx5, suppressor and bits. By the time I throw a stock pack on, forward rail for the bipod and a sling carry weight is 4kg, still sweet but I find myself slinging it...

Finished the little utility kitchen knife up today. More a practice piece than anything, wanted to try a hidden tang. Turned out OK but a bit plain. Should have left some forge scale on for interest....

Heaps of good hunting close to rotorua. In terms of variety it's one of the best spots in the country. Got like 5 varieties of deer within an hours drive. Not a huge amount of open tops stuff...

I'd hazard a guess that the eld-m / amaxs have successfully killed many a tahr in this country.

Few old projects out the the box and into the fire today. Couple of petty/utility kitchen knives, a small game skinner(actually the first knife I ever profiled just never finished it as I fucked up...

I once passed a couple of young guys going up the umakari with massive packs chocked to the brim and both carrying big bull barreled lam stocked hubble telescoped cannons. They were about halfway up...
