I had a 280AI on a parker hale action, the model with the gold trigger, very accurate rifle, just to heavy for an old fulla like me to carry in one hand for long.

I have recently bought a Forbes 280 AI to replace a 7mm Saum, Identical ballistics, just the rifle was 2lb lighter and at my age and arthritis in the hands that means a lot. What do you get? Well 7mm...

A 25.06 will put a 100 grain partition through a camel shoulders, Anyone who thinks a 25.06 will bounce off a Red Stag needs to get behind one and see it work in the field not rely on foot...
