In my first season of FTR competition I've finally managed to score my first "60" point score in competition at the Canterbury Autumn competition at the Malvern Range last weekend. At 500 yards 60.03...

Good stuff fella. Nice shooting.[emoji106] I remember shooting my first clean round in skeet. It was a buzz. Personal goals just increased from there and it was what drove me to improve, and in...

Many moons ago I had a Rem 700 Titanium 7mm Saum apart from the fact that the mag only held two & twice I shot 4 pigs in a go with it (time out I need to reload FFS) With is 3-12 x 56 Kahles on...

Blaser offroad as well except mine is a bit older than KJs and the bolt handle is on the non special side. Got a few aftermarket barrels for it but my .223 barrel gets the most use. All barrels...

Blaser R93 Offroad in 7mm-08Rem. Had it for around 15 years now as Germans were not as discriminatory as the Finns to us lefties. Shoots pretty much anything, nice balance (especially now its been...

Green overalls proved a good choice today, sliding down a slope in lush green grass (on my back) provided entry into a gully system undetected. Previous trips had cleaned the Goats completely...

Good and well thought thought out vid. Hunting isn't a game of absolutes. Sometimes I take and use a bipod, sometimes I don't. A bipod is good on my .223 when shooting bunnies - quick and easy...

Pretty sure I arrived during the making of this video😆 I like to zero with my bipod but could count on my hand how many animals I have shot using one. I will always carry one in my bag...

I never have that problem with a bipod anyway since I use the Atlas with a QD mount, and keep it in my backpack - having a bipod attached to the rifle when carrying is hopeless.

Yes, I've found a bipod has very limited hunting use, especially in steep country. Part of the reason I now take my shooting sticks with me everywhere I go - so much more versatile.
