I have a rule when hunting solo. If it looks a bit dodgy, find a safer way. If this is not possible then turn around. It's not worth the risk.

Ive got a VX3i with CDS and yes it does turn several clicks whenever I carry it out hunting. Must rub on my clothes or pack or something.
