Yep use 2 3/4 #4's for everything and its great, cannot fault it Would have been through 10+ slabs by now without a single issue

Yes. I would back NZDA at the national level being the most organised and influential. But it might only last as long as te current CEO remains in the role. A good succession plan will be vital.
