Good question. Some of the data they are able to compile today when just taking waterway samples and being able to identify DNA particles is pretty impressive.

If that is correct from Nicole's comment about it being a leak then that's come from someone fairly highly up in the machine - and that in itself is a reason why the registry is a bad idea.
