Monte Carlo refers to a raised comb where there's a pronounced step down to the butt when viewed from the side. Yours would be a straight or classic style stock with cheekpiece, not a Monte Carlo...

Exactly. But if you're not an archer, it might be easier and cheaper to get carbon fibre strip and tube from a hobby store - that's what I use.
