   Wild goat leg just going into the oven to be slow-roasted at 140°C. Salt, pepper, dried thyme and coated with olive oil with butter on top to baste the leg 179509

   They are pretty decent man. You have to be a little more careful with them around popping joints etc and they won't cut a brisket but those are really the only 2 jobs that require force in processing...

   Awesome thanks . That's pretty much how I figured it would work . I think I'm gunna order one and give it a try .... And if it means less time sharpening my knives then thats a bonus .

    Twinneedle do an awesome one, has a zip on it so you cant lose ya ammo, can also chuck other small things in there. I just put extra rounds in there if i am shooting goats or know im guna need few...
