yeah I am happy with it looks far different to when I brought it off Toby I've got the new mag catch and another mag in the mail from the usa as well so once they arrive it ill be good to go

7 coats now getting there I will do a couple more tomorrow only using very thin coats and lots of em IMO that's the best way to get a good finish with oil 34233

3 coats so far the haarlem danish oil is doing a great job it tacks off nice and quick could probably could recoat after an hour but im waiting at least 4-6 to be safe were as linseed oil can be 2-3...

use paint stripper but the non caustic stuff use solvent based stuff as caustic stuff will bleach the wood not a worry if repainting but no good if your oiling coat well and wrap in plasic food wrap...

get a tikka t3 in 260rem (6.5-08) (better than 6.5x55) and don't touch it they work and shoot just fine out the box spend the extra money on good optics don't lose the bolt though mags are not...
