I'm still not sure. I think it will depend on how Nationals' only support party (Act) go (declining at present) and/or the Nats continuing to increase. Over the other side Maori and Greens are a...

Ranger 888 liked post by Jhon On thread : Firearms in vehicle when travelling on Ferry
Frankly it's best to remove bolt, or lock a lever action, and cable lock it to vehicle (load anchors work well), bury it under everything else, take any bolts with you and stay stum. Lock any ammo...

Ranger 888 liked post by longshot On thread : ammo storage
Locked box fixed to the building in a separate location to the gun safe may be overkill but it will pass. A cheap steel toolbox from Mitre10 should do it. One thing no one has mentioned yet is...

And remember, when you shoot your stag of a lifetime (or of the weekend) this roar, to double check that you haven't chambered another round on autopilot in case it jumps up again.

Bring along a heavy bike cable lock and affix rifle to friends' hot water tank or similar. Ammo hidden elsewhere. Bolt under your car seat. Best solutions are the solutions you control.

The most important bit is being constant, if your bipod jumps 3 feet in the air but you can shoot little groups all day then its not an issue, if your shooting all around the paper then its an issue
