Checking zero is fine with 3 shot groups. Making comments on the inherent accuracy of your rifle with a three shot group isn't helpful. Sent from my GT-I8190T using Tapatalk

I spose. It is a start. Wish I shot as consistently in the field as I do on the range, group wise. I took a wee knobby a couple days ago. Was around 130 yards. I aimed for the neck resting on a...

I got a rabbit this evening. Left the hares as I wanted a rabbit for paella this weekend. Very nice solid noise from the hit. Thats the great thing with sub sonics, you know from the sound. Its...

I got caught with doing 3 shot groups with a rifle that was shooting erratically. Initally blamed the scope, so changed it and re zeroed. Thought the 2nd shot must have been bad cos 1&3 were spot on....

I did say 3 shot groups. 10 shot groups are a bit pointless in a hunting rifle with a 3 shot magazine and a pencil barrel.[emoji106] Sent from my SM-G388F using Tapatalk

Horses for courses. My Russian tomato stake/bush rifle with open sights, I am happy if I consistently hit an a4 page at 100 (prone) or same at 50 (offhand). 3 shot groups mean almost nothing. 5...

Pretty much these for me. I am happy enough with 15mm at 100m (1.2 MOA)for the 243's and 7mmR, and 12-13mm at 100m for the 223's. For cheap hunting rifles that is good enough for me.

Camo if it were me I'd run the 150gr interlocks for your purposes and as a general rule the interlocks suit 80% of what most people do which is sub 100m but that may have changed, the Speer hotcore...
