What exactly is the issue with a 16 barrel ? I have a 14 inch 7-08, and would happily shoot it out to 400m plus with lighter projectiles. At the end of the day all bullets drop, no matter what...

After waiting for weeks to get my new rifle, it finally arrived, a keen Wap hunter on his way down South stopped in for a brew and dropped it in for me:thumbsup: 193551 ( cheers Brian), bought it...

With the cheapest thermal scope I could find and a second hand 10/22 it seems to work. Only 23 all up, these ones I could drive the buggy past to pick up. Tikka7mm08 192954

For what it's worth, my wife and I are in our 70's. We had a T36 FCH DOT on an Anschutz 1710 and it went down the road pretty quickly - Neither of us could see the reticle well and by the end of a...

There seems to be a lot of rabbit left after being hit by a 204. The first one I shot with the 220 swift sort of blew up, mind you it's was only 84 metres.

Because at range trying to get it bang on the reticle.could prove difficult. Animals are not necessarily going to be on those hashmarks. I just don't think there is a suitable option for proper...

I recon stay away from the Eliminator 3, its like having a 2foot 2x4 stuck on your rifle. There are vx5/vx3 with zero stop coming and going often. You'll regret having a big black dick on top of your...

Buy yourself a 45/70 and learn to enjoy a steel butt plate on your shirt sleeve. I use to hate recoil, had trouble pulling the trigger on the 303 or the 3006 in my young days. In fact I owned only a...

It’s back after many years. It’s subtly returned. Any practical tips on overcoming or dealing with rifle flinch would be appreciated. Does dry firing on an empty case work ? Thanks
