   No problem. Roughly 400 hectares- 75% of which is effective with more due to be broken in over next few years. Was milking 700 cows before us, but we have initially dropped that too 600. Will see...

   Just got back from down south and part of the loop was Karamea as got mates there, then down to Franz to stay with my partners son and then a few days at Neil's Beach with mycouz getting some crawly...
