depends . . . a value for insurance purposes vrs what you could get realistically for it this time of year if you wanted to sell, the difference is huge.

Anyone can set off the plb for any emergency situation. With limited access at your place, I would say it would almost be a compulsory piece of kit . Just a quick search on TM will find the deals.
