I thought they all did? Marlin definitely do, pretty sure Henry and Winchester do also. I've been toying with the idea of a suppressed 357 and shooting 38spl for subsonics, rather than a bolt...

I think that when they first came out here the 357 was popular but over time many pig hunters moved to the 44 mag with say 16" barrel. Other lever calibers readily available are 45/70 but I don't...

mostly used by pig hunters so range of shots is sub 20 yards 90% of the time......a few deer get tipped over with them.I know of a homekill butcher who uses one to good effect. you hit nail on head...

short barrels are bad enough on their own, it brings the noise closer to your ear while shooting, add a brake that directs even more back toward the shooter it would make it very unpleasant and down...

plinking or bail loads with a light load of trail boss will be awesome, noise will be ok....but a full blown load would be painfull to say the least. once you bugger your hearing THERE IS NO GOING...

It has a decent recoil but not bad. I’ve been shooting it since I was 16 and weighed about 60kg and never really noticed it. The recoil is more of a push than a sharp jab, and definitely better than...
