steven we shot at 100, 200 and 300. The original specs for the P14 equated to somewhere around 1.5 to 2 MOA. It was actually quite a complicated spec with stuff like 5 out of 7 shots in so many...

I've got a Savage Model 12 .233 with a 1:7 twist. Handloading with an 80g Amax, 24.5g 2208 it has shot targets out to 900 yards competitively against .308s. It's about to be trialled at 1000...

just brought an AR with a 1 in 7 krieger barrel tried some 55grn Hornady through it and put 5 rounds into a tiny ragged hole. I think if it's got a good barrel on it it should shoot most things well.

i had an enjoyable day at Clevedon, dragged out the 100 year old P14 and gave her a workout, or rather, she gave me one... Finished 6th overall, out of 15, bronze in the Turn Tap and Rattle and close...

if you can be botherd with prep its good brass some of my most accurate 223 loads were millsurp brass and its cheep but there are extra steeps needed to prep but its only one off once its prepped its...

It'll be fine. A carbine buffer is already the lightest buffer. The Canadian C7A2 uses a rifle length gas system with a carbine receiver extension and H2 buffer.

Make sure the feed ramp cuts in the receiver match the feed ramp cuts on the barrel extension.

Have seen this a lot now, mostly its the galvanic corrosion between the dissimilar metals in the brass and projectile " welding " the projectile in tighter than it should be Upon firing the brass...

It's ok to lend out your wife. Just make sure the recipient is not packing more than you. 9 times out of 10 they come back.
