Hi all, thought I'd share some pics of my first ever casts and see what y'all think. I used a lee CTL312-160-2R mold with lead from diving weights and some fishing sinkers. Bullets came out at .311...

Micky Duck I believe they are still called the "Bushmen's Friend" by one of the companies that make them. I went in to buy a couple more Bacho's but shop is shut all weekend and all of next weekend...

Bought these last weekend. The Sheffield folding knife is good, $10.99, I have another but they do need a good cleaning up with a whetstone to get them razor sharp, this one has a burr from the...

Steelo I just bought a svord peasant, got a discount on it. Wasn't terribly sharp we I got so had to run it over my 1000-6000 whetstone, only just shaves hair and slices paper.

charliehorse dannyb I don't measure runout neither, I merely want bullets visibly straight, my lee die seats them a little crooked.

What I meant was getting the angle right for any individual knife as in 17deg, 20deg 25deg. I can work out 90deg and 45deg but below 45 I can't workout. Also I'm far sighted so I can't see the blades...
