Good on them. While I am all for placating a customer there are some customers that cannot be dealt with and at some point the decision has to be made that a particular customer is doing more harm...

I have heard similar things after I had an issue with mine. It is never his suppressor at fault. (and mine was leaving soot on the barrel after firing. No way that is anything except the suppressor)...
