    Only way I would put one on the hardlid is if it didnt lock the tailgate when closed, and you could open the tailgate with out lifting it, If you had that and a roller tray in the deck it could work...

    you going to a bike to save petrol costs and will be in grid locked traffic....you wont want or need a big motor to do that. a set of universal tyres or out right road grips on smaller XR type bike...

    find out WHERE in NZ the rifle will arrive.....if its in the same island as you are...go and pick it up direct from customs. seems like the most logical way to bypass the whole courier issue.

    Did I miss it...or how come no-one yet mentioned about focus the ocular. You can even do this before mounting the scope, but mount scope first then focus works best for me. Sod all use a scope...

    Its not that difficult to do it yourself. Last place I would be getting to do any firearms related stuff is Humping and Fisting! If you need a gunsmith, then try Gunworks, to Zach out Rangiora way....
