55 this year and feeling it in the mornings ,had manual labour job all my life , once moving about. Not too bad but morning and evenings suck..bourbon helps though..

You will be pleasantly surprised at how quickly you will recover. Get up and moving as soon as you can and you will be back into it sooner than you think. All the best.
