About uk_exile
Biography:
I'm not british. Its a username only! I'm a kiwi, born here, lived here 29yrs then due to work moved to UK late 1990s. Returned to NZ 2003. It was while working in UK that I chose my online username for all online stuff and have kept it ever since. It's not because of any connections or loyalty to UK. Have never need back to UK since 2003 and hope I never need to except maybe as part of an european holiday sometime in future. Can't say I hated it but certainly disliked the lack of freedom & was just there for work.

Trick I learnt from adventure racing is wear only thin glove liner gloves (polypro or merino) then if get cold hands put kitchen gloves over the top. Toasty warm and much lighter than bulky gloves.

He seems like a complete muppet then it comes to putting himself and others at risk. I noted he has comments on that video disabled. Not surprising.

Take a look at https://rivers.org.nz/nz/wanganui/rangit%C4%ABkei Looks like a lot of grade I & II so ok for inexpereinced, if sensible. Avoid the IV section.
