   Thanks for everyone's inputs! At this stage I'm going to build up a rig from a Howa heavy barreled action, seems good value and can't fault the good reviews on here.

   Hi mate, she has been refunded, 4-6 inch groups regardless of ammo and grain weight. Seems to be a common issue with their 223's. I wouldn't hesitate to go for a HMR or something similar but those...
