Both calibres are up in the "Work better than most, common, reliable and heaps of ammo choice'' category. Ive owned and used both, I think the .270 has some real advantages for my kind of hunting....

Actually I think the worst thing I did for my body, was the redbands. I can't hardly wear them now. Any prolonged period in therm now, sees my knees start too hurt.
