Yep we all have our opinion on the subject but it has been done to death on several occassions and become a broken record. At any rate it looks to be still asleep except for my poking it a bit.

+1 above. NRANZ in their rules stipulate at least 30 seconds, and then open bolt with face well clear and none of your mates close behind.
