Thanks, that helps hunting and fishing spooled the braid so assume they did it correctly.
And I think the kids are winding while the fish are taking line so will try to improve that.

What line do you use for trout fishing?
I have recently installed braid on my trout rod but it seems to tangle around the rods eyes and have mono on the kids rods but seems to like to birds nest...

I have the 75l dual compartment model with a battery and the extra solar panel, it works perfect as a fridge but struggles when I have 1 side as a freezer.

If it is fading it is worth replacing. For the low cost they are you don't want to ruin a good day out on the water once at the boat ramp.
