    If it was a Nikon I definitely wouldn't be...

    If it was a Nikon I definitely wouldn't be binning it. As it's a Nikko Sterling, then maybe.:)

    I've done exactly the same many years ago with a Silver Crown. Screwed it back on and carried on. It didn't seem to affect it while I had it but it is long gone now.
