Blue Moki is fine if you treat it right, gill, gut and on to ice straight away.
Apparently it's great smoked but I prefer to just crumb it,
My favourite is to squeeze lemon juice over fresh...
We roast them in the crock pot (no water in the bottom) on low for most of the day with a half dozen chicken drumsticks, keeps the fat content up and stops drying the phesy out.

mmmmmm....fried in butter,
I love crayfish cooked just enough to make it firm, shell, then roughly chop it into cubes, crumb and fry in butter and add a bowl of sweet chili sauce for...

He had a...
Hi again Simon,
My 2cents,
When I was younger I read the stories of cullers and hunters going bush and heading miles into the hills and thought I had to rush out there and do the same, Just...

These threads fall apart faster than I can type.....hahahahahaha!
Hi Maca,
Yeah I know it will unbalance it some what but if it fits it will be better than not being able to shoot at all!
Yep will keep the piece of stock and add it back to it as he get's...
Hi mikee,
His pump has three spacers and fits real good, plan was to take that measurement and make the new gun the same........but I have been known to fuck things up in the past :ORLY: so thought...
