lol yes I agree, the action was quite long compared to a blaser. But the Maral does 'fling' back automatically once pulled back which is pretty handy.

Browning Nordic Maral? I tried out a fella's one at the range a few weeks back and it was really nice to use. Butter smooth action, 5 & 10 detachable box magazines, nice trigger and was accurate too....

gonetropo It recoils hard compared to the standard Winchester white box, but the Hornady Lever groups better in this rifle.

Mrs did not enjoy shooting this at all. I was surprised she managed to shoot 4 rounds out of this cannon. The rifle weighs 2.4kg so the recoil from it is absolutely massive. Has a soft recoil pad...

I'v had my *Colt* (which is essentially the same gun as yours) for about 2 years. Shot around 1300 rounds of CCI standard and CCI Mini Mags with ZERO malfunctions which is saying something....
