@Ben Waimata I was hoping to take it out bunny busting at least once...

@northdude, @tikka, @akaroa1 yup it a T/C Katahdin carbine in 45-70 GOVT. Think it might be the only one in NZ

    Awesome rifle
Yes that model was an itch I nearly had to scratch but the issues getting them were significant.
So I started a 45-70 double rifle instead

@gonetropo It recoils hard compared to the standard Winchester white box, but the Hornady Lever groups better in this rifle.

    Thanks @akaroa1

@Mr Browning, haha that's what I was going for!

A well ventilated chest cavity with a .45 entry and considerably larger exit hole is the objective here.
The skin doesn't slide over the hole and the diaphragm can't pressurize the chest cavity.
Blood trail looks like a garden hole

And even better you can eat right up to the hole

Nice @PommyMcPomFace, didn't realize you could get them in camo - Looks cool.

@akaroa1 will post cannons first kill most definitely.

Pommy is screwed. He'll put the yeet cannon down to take a leak, see the lion and won't be able to find his camo gun in the grass.
