My missus brought me a pretty awesome present for my birthday this year, Ruger 10/22 Magnum. Tons of fun and I like it being a magnum, just little point of difference.

Haven’t figured out how to post pictures from the mobile site yet.

Hi all, new to the forum. Pretty happy with this setup in .284

I like the look of Hardy’s tactical hunter stock which might be the final upgrade one day. Love to hear any opinions on these.

Took a gamble on ring height with the 44mm leupy. Talley lows seem to do the trick. Originally wanted a DNZ gamereaper mount but They were out of stock and I’m impatient.

I’ll take some photos of the fire dot reticle when I’m out next in different settings. So far I’d recommend it based on quick target acquisition in the scub last week.

This is my do it all rifle, prob get a bow for my next project....
    Are you me?

haha this is exactly the same as my 284 setup, down to the bipod

So far it likes slower rather than faster rounds, have only fired 40 rounds, 20 at targets, it knows how to copper foul

I have gotten so use to stainless cut rifled barrels....so spoilt

One of my distributors in the States has one that shoots fantastically, he has shot tiny groups at a mile plus

Got the Forbes scoped up with a Leupold 3.5-10 from Giles at Taihape Sports. First real crack today has the 150 NBT inside 1/2" with very little work. I'm really happy that this little Yankee girl should bring home the vennie.

Also to make sure the German doesn't get too jealous or be fat shamed she gets a new carbon stock from @stug.

Looking forward to spending some time in the hills soon with either of these two.

Sure was. Supposedly there was a bunch of left hand rifles that were part of the sale to FN that just got forgotten. They went pretty cheap once they found them so there were a few that went back into circulation after Forbes folded.
