    We used to drill them for goat hunting....

    We used to drill them for goat hunting. Unfortunately it tended jut to peel open and the core would separate causing inconsistent wounding. 303 amd 308 fmjs weren't any better.

    There's quite a bit...

    They have a thick jacket that won't deform...

    They have a thick jacket that won't deform easily, if the tip won't open/deform then it's not an expanding projectile. But FMJ? I have to agree HP "Match" would be a beter description.
