Pretty tasty and as always that instant potato mash really warms you up.

190g is printed on the stew bag, potatoe flakes probally arent worth weighing.

Not super light and dehy is easier to prepare but for $5 Ill give them a crack.

Actually you boil the stew/casserole in the bag then add boiling water to the potato flakes to make a mash.

Boil in the bag or microwave. The missus is on holiday and I cleaned the house yesterday so will give one a go tonight as I dont want to make a mess.
