its no harder than a mercator...you just have to hold the same angle that the blade already has...forsure your blade is a lot steeper than a flat grind but its no different to sharpen except you dont...

you can say what you like about them,but cant deny they just plurry well work...they are sharp from the getgo and plurry easy to keep sharp....if they were 1" longer on both ends....a fella would...

the cynic in me says the Mora branded ones will still be available...at 3-4-5 times the price.
