yes plenty of folks have done just that..... not a hard job at all ,we dont really need the full length magazines capacity MOST of the time so no huge deal there either. pretty sure mag to end of...

just like ANY other cartridge,thats all down to load selection.... the same with .357mag a lot of loads out there were designed with 2 legged target in mind,so terminal expectations are different.if...

and dirt cheap to reload...and VERY easy to reload ever cheaperer with shotgun powder at cowboy action levels for plinking...too easy.
