    I use a Hawke Vantage 3-12x44 with half mildot....

    I use a Hawke Vantage 3-12x44 with half mildot. its about $400 from Youngs Airguns in Auckland.
    It has closed turrets but the mildot will run to 100mm (not 200m).
    I think you'll need a higher grade...
