You could have your 10/22 threaded internally at the muzzle, then a can will work with the addition of an adapter. I had one like that.

Going back a few years, the top one is Austrian, the lower one French.
50 & 68 Caliber.
My rifle has a "Schuler" style two piece stock. The fore end is fixed via two studs, this allows the barrel to move as it heats up.
I have flipped the ivory night bead halfway up, it folds over...
Thats where the tape goes that holds the strip of tape over the muzzle.
Gives me at least an extra 400fps as well.
