It was a Burris scope 3 to 9 by 40 , came as a package from hunting and fishing. Yeah thought a new scope may help but then thought no it should still be able to group with old scope even at 100...

Yeah I have tried a few different loads, powders, bullets etc but haven't been able to group it tighter. I think sometimes you get a good one and some times you don't.
