Yes, but for A cat holders, it is illegal to hold a MSSA with a big mag (more than 7 rounds, or looks like a M-style mag) at the same time, same place, unless he/she has an E cat supervisor indicate....

I don't know what he wants to buy, but I told him he cannot hold a mag over 7 rounds which can fit a semi-auto rifle with a A cat. No matter he buys from local store or oversea.
