3 grams?
Reminds me of a joke
New guy on jail sharing a cell with a big bald scared scary looking weapon pf a man. He says " your gonna be hete somr time do you want to br the mommy or the daddy? "...
Just cut it so the muffeler clears the stock and be done with it.
The way I see it you have a few choices....
factory length
shortened so factory length with can on.
as short as possible without interfering with stock.
As short as you can legally run and bugger...
Conventional thought would call optimum length whatever length yielded the highest velocity.
What is your personal description of optimum length ?
Mate for a rem mag it would be more like 50 inches!
Optimum length for a 308 would be around 40 inches.
What exacty is that scale reading? I cant work it out it appears to me to be 6.1.5grams? :wtfsmilie:
6-7 pounds?
Only have need of one center fire caliber at the moment Abe but things may change one day.
So the 3 recent buyers of r8s have all sold to buy something lighter?
They come up reasonably often outdoorlad, 1500-1800 for a plain old 75 1800-2200 seams to be about the goin rate for a finlight unless it has been dicked around with then like anything else the...
Ok except you.
Nobody is hating here brads except every blaster owner hating on me for asking honest questions!
I really only have need of one calibre at the moment.
Its like extracting fucken teeth for fucks sake!
I have said many times if I was to get one it would be a R93.
And for the record I have nothing against Blasers I just don't understand this trend.
So can anybody tell me what it is that makes it so much better with whatever brads and LR are replacing their R8s with?
Yes as above, so what is so much better with these other blasers than the ones they were singing the praises of but are now selling?
LRs? one, didnt Abe sell one too?
Just seems odd to me to drop 10? grand on something to buy another the same? a few months later
As good as the design may be from a repeatability point of view that would be a utter fluke if zero on two different barrels was the same on one scope.... extreamly unlikely.
Which is why I asked...
Ask brads?
I always leave packing shit to the last minute but have still never forgot any shooting related parts.
So why all these R8s for sale so soon after the owners were singing their...
And what about LR?
R93 lighter, R8 stronger action can handle mag calibres heavy and the trigger comes out with the mag, so if you forget the mag you also forget the trigger.
Why have these gone from the best thing since sliced bread to for sale in no time?
Sort of reminds me of March scopes actually.
