    howa 7mm08

    hi everyone i have a friend who has a howa 1500 in 7mm08 and wants to work up a reload for it. asking anyone out there if they have recipes to use or start from would be much appreciated

    ADI 2208 is good with 140gr. Just use the manual values and work up from there.

    I use 2208 and 140gr sierra gamekings.....works a treat in my rifle.
