    Feral moggy

    I was out bunny spotting with the hound late this afternoon, when she put up a friggin huge black cat. It legged it into the shitty stuff so I called the dog off.
    I want to nail the freak as it must be living on a very good diet to reach the size it is.
    Any pointers to drawing it out into the open or possible habits that will make it easier for me to find.?

    Drizzle fish oil on a tree trunk upwind of it, sit back one hundred yards with the suppressed .223

    @Pengy

    Just!.

    But you may want to close the distance to 75m.

    Let us know how you get on.

    Cheers

    Stand up wind and belch. You penguins eat enough sardines to attract every moggy in the country. I wouldn't use a rifle Pengy, just let it get close enough and then peck it to death with that big pointy beak of yours.

    Chances of seeing him again might be slim - unless he is standing in a foot trap or a cage
    Took me a month to catch the last one I saw running away - I kept a cage there with rabbit or tinned fish - he chose tinned Tuna
    I am told that a dead rabbit or possum nailed to a tree is pretty effective - three foot traps round the base should get him

    Nah, "exploded cat" is what the native birds want to see after all the years of losing their families to it.
