    Pack chest straps

Got an older Markhor Eterlou 45L pack but it’s missing one of the chest straps that joins the shoulder straps. Like the one in pic below with the orange buckle clip. (Not my pack, but same model)
Any ideas where to get hold of replacements ?

that looks the same as my osprey ones so they may be universal. Hopefully someones got a dead pack that may have what you need

Easy to make if there are some attachment points. Spotlight will have everything you need. I like mine to have a length of elastic in them.

I bought one in a moments weakness at a Tahr show, shit pack only good for trampers imo, anyway just take it to a canvas worker / saddler and get them to make up a good strap stitched on at the ends to replace those plastic clips. I cut those stupid hooks off the shoulder straps after they hooked the rifle sling and I couldnt get it into play

If all else fails, contact Twin Needle in Christchurch. A bit far from you perhaps, but there isn't much they can't fix.

There is a bead on each shoulder strap that the chest strap buckle attaches to , allowing it to be adjusted up/down for height. I’ve seen same system on a few different brands of packs. If i could get one of these I could make up the rest myself
