Roast. They are really nice. Cook it on low and for a long time should come out nice and moist

It generally pays not to cook little Girls .... unless you really want to be the lead story world wide on the six o'clock news that is.

As for the Goose they do make excellent Salami.

Or you could try roasting it like this substituting the Goose for the Turkey .......... or as well as the Turkey if your really hungry.

Or Roast it keeping in mind that like all red meat it should be a little pink inside.

    Cheers

    hers three quickies of mine.
    first breast your bird.
as others say slice thinly across grain-marinate in your preferred poison(oops marinade),douse on a little cornflour then stirfry.now dropmeat &marinade in to thicken and some veges too-pile it allon noodles or rice and way ya go.
second do same as before with meat &sauce but stirfry a sliced onionas well.now take a hot dog bunopen it up slap on the butter or marg and pile the goose &trimmings in-heyho a goosedog.otherwise layer it in a dish ,topwithplenty mashed spud&butter -into oven a luvly casserole.
Lastly-get some sausage meat and ya goose blend together in mincer or foodprocessor.addseasoningsto your preference.right take some flakey pastryand make sausagerolls by usual method-cook in a hot oven and then serve making sure you get at least one before the pattern is swiped off ya serving dish.the sausie rolls is a great trick for those who'd turn their nose up at the mere thought of eating wildfowl.
i use all these .Theyve just resulted from my buggerising around with goose,(feral&canada)pigeon&duck in the kitchen.heres to happy eating and full stomachs!
