Id respectfully disagree. 7mmsaum didn't I used to get around 3150 FPS out of that sako with 162gn amaxes? Agree on recoil and muzzle blast but that just goes with the territory.

Each to their own but why wouldn't you just buy a 7mm rem mag if you want to push 162's and be done with it ?
