In my 7 saum I used 59.8grs rl23 with 162eldx for 2990. Temp stable and faster speed than 2217 for me.

Any chance you weighed the stock before putting it together?
I’ve got a classic that I brought off you for my Saum but prefer more of a vertical pistol grip.

You’d also need to open up the bolt face, plus ideally fit a Sako style extractor.
My Saum use to leave the odd case in the chamber so you’d have to close the bolt on it again.

You can get a Wyatt extended mag box for your 700. I got Gunworks to grind the bolt stop back. I’ve fitted them to my .284 and 7 saum, mag length is 2.990 now from memory.

Just use r16, it’s a touch faster burn rate than R17 but temp stable.

I put one in my 700, it wouldn't go as lite as I would of wanted so it's probably just above 2 pound pull. I couldn't tell the difference between that and my old trigger that was worked on by Alan...

I recently sold a 900 range master on TM, got $530.

Just on/under an inch@ 100 with h414, seems pretty dirty too. Had it up to 2970fps with light extractor marks. Hybrid 100 is the accuracy load .6/.7 @ 100yards.

I'm running a 20 bbl, 150 lrab @ 2860fps Hybrid 100. Was running h 414 @ 2940. Couldn't get the speed with 2209.Norma brass
