I'm not a reloader but do remember the Norinco "yellow box", brass cased .223 from the 1980-1990's was loaded hot. I'd be pretty froggy about touching them off with 62 gr projectiles.

The 55 gr Norinco was excellent ammunition duplicating the performance of the original m193 ball cartridge in velocity. It was also extremely effective on goats same as a soft point for some reason So I suspect it would be a little too hot with the 62 gr . projectile. Pull them and stick a 55 back in is my advice

I shall happily take the fmj off your hands...they are one of if not THE very best of the .223 loads around... unless your doing so for shooting paper, you will be unimproving the ammunition by changing it. trying to skin wallaby hit with that stuff was interesting,it wasnt uncommon to have a 6-8" hole where round had skidded along side tumbling.
