Thread: Is 2630 fps slow for a 143 grain eldx in 6.5 creedmoor ?

throw away your chronygraph and be a much more happy hunter......... you getting results you need,who really gives a hoot how fast load is going unless you intend to dialup etc.... heck my pet load for .308 is probably doing 2200-2300fps but the animals that get SMASHED by it dont care how slow it goes.
I read from tone of your post its just curiosity.....but do keep in mind what that did to the cat.


to put it into perspective you are chucking 143 grns of lead n copper sucessfully at 2650fps
the mighty poohseventy wont do it a hell of a lot faster (300-400 if really hot)and SOME factory loading of 130grns wont be much quicker at all.
